Your friendly Balinese driver will welcome you at the airport with a welcome package to celebrate the start of your honeymoon. It takes about 1.5 hours to get to the 4-star Jannata Spa Resort, where you’ll enjoy welcome drinks before heading to your Deluxe Suite with private balcony.  To start your honeymoon in style, we’ll make sure it’s decorated with romantic flower decorations on the bed and flower petals on the bathtub.

After a long travel, you probably like to rest a bit. The Jannata Spa Resort is a highly rated and a favorite of couples. The views here are amazing, overlooking the jungle. Relax at the infinity pool, enjoy the view from your Deluxe Suite balcony or flower bath, and enjoy the food at the excellent Amateras restaurant.
There’s other restaurants as well in walking distance (your honeymoon booklet will provide suggestions), as well as the beautiful Tjampuhan Ridge Walk nearby. If you are energized, the free hotel shuttle can also drop you off in the lively town of Ubud (10-15 min ride).

This is a fast-paced itinerary, but as you just arrived we’ll only have a morning activity today, allowing for a relaxing afternoon. We believe getting up early on your first day helps getting over any jetlag, but if you prefer moving the activity to the afternoon that is possible too.

Choose your favorite activity to explore the surroundings of Ubud: either rafting on the Sayan jungle river, adventurous off-road ATV riding through the Bali countryside or an authentic Balinese cooking class. A simple buffet lunch is included with your rafting or ATV activity, but if you choose the cooking class you’ll have a chance to enjoy your own Balinese food!

Free time in the afternoon. If you do like to explore, consider going to Ubud town for museums, boutique shops, dinner, drinks or the Monkey Forest, its only a short walk away. You can find our favorite restaurant suggestions in the booklet you’ll receive.

Today is all about discovering Bali’s Hindu culture and Ubud’s beautiful nature and rice terraces. Still, it is a pretty relaxed day, you will be picked up around 10AM and get back to your hotel well in advance for dinner. Highlights include the UNESCO-heritage Tegellalang Rice Terraces, taking romantic pictures at a spectacular Swing and a visit to the ancient Tirta Empul temple, where you may choose to undergo a refreshing Melukat water cleansing ceremony. A local Balinese lunch at a beautiful spot is included your trip today.

Once you get back to the hotel you will have time to refresh before enjoying a romantic candle-light dinner at a beautiful private spot, included in your package!

Early 7AM check-out from your hotel to board a luxury yacht heading to Nusa Penida island. You’ll join a small group of other people, but it is possible to upgrade to a private yacht too. Snorkel with majestic Manta Rays at manta point. Discover the beautiful Crystal Bay and swim and snorkel some more at Gamat Bay.

Go on-shore for the included lunch at the highly rated Amerta Penida Restaurant with a beautiful view over the ocean. In the afternoon, you will explore more of the island by car, including the spectacular KelingKing Cliffs.
 

Around 5PM you’ll be back in the harbour. Around one hour later you will check into your next hotel.

Yesterday was very active, so today is a romantic day. We’ll give you some time to relax and enjoy your new hotel in the morning. The hotel has a pool area with spectacular cliff views overlooking the ocean as well as a small private beach that can be reached by stairs (worth checking out!). In the afternoon, you will enjoy a romantic couple massage at Senses Spa, followed by a romantic flower bath in a private pool, while you can watch the sun set into the Indian Ocean.

You won’t have to leave the resort at all today, as there is a restaurant with Asian and Western dishes on-site too (not included). If desired, we can arrange transport to Uluwatu town too (not included).

You can choose an activity in the morning: either a private beginner surf lesson, or a visit to 121-meter tall Garuda Wisnu Kencana Statue towering over South Bali, with tickets to the top of the statue included (amazing views!).

You’ll have a few more hours to enjoy the facilities in your hotel before your driver will pick you up around 3PM for your final sunset in Uluwatu. Your driver will take you to Uluwatu Temple on the cliffs. This is where you will witness a spectacular traditional Balinese Kecak Fire Dance Performance while the sun sets in the distance. Watch out for the monkeys roaming around the Temple Complex!

Afterwards, the driver can either drop you at the hotel or in Uluwatu town for more varied restaurant options and nightlife (in that case its best to get a separate taxi back to your hotel).

Unfortunately no honeymoon can last forever… Based on the departure time of your flight, your driver will pick you up at the hotel and drop you off at the airport. We suggest leaving 3.5 hours before international flights, as traffic can sometimes be bad. You’ll probably arrive too early but we rather not have you miss your flight!

If you want, the driver can make a stop at a massive souvenir shop along the way to the airport, where you can find much better valued memories and gifts than at the airport itself. In that case, we suggest leaving the hotel 4 hours before your flight. Let us know if your flight departs late in the evening, we can help arranging a visit to a beach club for your last day (not included in the package).
