Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, you’ll be greeted by your private driver with a curated honeymoon welcome package. You’ll check into your Deluxe Suite at Jannata Resort & Spa Ubud, where flower petal decorations, a flower bath, and sweeping jungle views await. Spend your first evening unwinding in the infinity pool or exploring Ubud town.

There’s other restaurants as well in walking distance (your honeymoon booklet will provide suggestions), as well as the beautiful Tjampuhan Ridge Walk nearby. If you are energized, the free hotel shuttle can also drop you off in the lively town of Ubud (10-15 min ride).

Let’s take it easy on your first day. You might be jetlagged or getting used to your timezone. If you do like to explore, you could take the free shuttle to town or walk the Campuhan Ridge for sunset, a 1-hour walk that starts right next to the hotel (see your booklet for details). There are a few restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel too (but the hotel restaurant is great as well).

Wind down with a 60-minute Couple Massage (Balinese Massage & Scrub) at the Champaka Spa. You won’t have to leave the hotel for this, it is part of the resort!

In the evening, we have planned a romantic candle-light dinner for you at a beautiful private spot in the hotel, included in your package!

In the morning, you can choose your favorite activity to explore the surroundings of Ubud: either rafting on the Sayan jungle river, adventurous off-road ATV riding through the Bali countryside or an authentic Balinese cooking class.

A simple buffet lunch is included with your rafting or ATV activity, but if you choose the cooking class you’ll have a chance to enjoy your own Balinese food!

Free time in the afternoon. If you do like to explore, consider going to Ubud town for museums, boutique shops, dinner, drinks or the Monkey Forest, its only a short walk away. You can find our favorite restaurant suggestions in the booklet you’ll receive.

Today is all about discovering Bali’s Hindu culture and Ubud’s beautiful nature and rice terraces. Still, it is a pretty relaxed day, you will be picked up around 10AM and get back to your hotel well in advance for dinner.

Highlights include the UNESCO-heritage Tegellalang Rice Terraces, taking romantic pictures at a spectacular Swing and a visit to the ancient Tirta Empul temple, where you may choose to undergo a refreshing Melukat water cleansing ceremony.

A local Balinese lunch at a beautiful spot is included your trip today.

You will be dropped back in your hotel well before dinner time.

You’ll be picked up after breakfast to head to Padang Bai port. We have booked tickets with the most reliable ferry operator to take you to Gili Trawangan (“Gili T”), part of the Gili Islands, with a large fastboat.

You will arrive at Gili Trawangan island after a 2-hour ferry ride in the afternoon. The small island does not allow motorized traffic, the only way to get around is by foot, bycycle or horsecart. Fortunately your stay includes bicycles, so you’ll easily be able to explore all beaches and areas of the island.

Gili T features a lively main street with restaurants, shops and bars, but your hotel is on the calmer side of the island on a perfect spot to watch the sunset (it even has its own simple beach club!).

Into nightlife? Gili Trawangan has parties going on every night. While your hotel is a bit away from the action, it is easy to head to town for drinks!

In the morning, discover the underwater world of the Gili Islands on a private 4-hour snorkeling boat trip. We suggest leaving early (7:30AM) to beat the crowds, but a more relaxed 9AM departure time is possible too.

Your boat trip uses a simple boat with glass bottom, and will will stop at many spots, and you’ll be able to snorkel with large turtles and along beautiful coral reefs.

In the afternoon we have secured day beds for you at La Cala Beachclub, where you will have 1 million Indonesian Rupia (around US$ 70) free to spend on food and drinks included.

After breakfast, you’ll head back to Bali by ferry, where your private driver will pick you up again.

On your way back you have two options: choose between a sunset dinner with grilled fish and seafood on Jimbaran Beach, or a tour to the Sababay winery followed by a tasting session (4 glasses of wine with a light set menu).

After you finished your dinner experience, your driver will take you to check-in at your hotel on the cliffs near Uluwatu.

Yesterday was very active, so today is a romantic day. We’ll give you some time to relax and enjoy your new hotel in the morning. The hotel has a pool area with spectacular cliff views overlooking the ocean as well as a small private beach that can be reached by stairs (worth checking out!).

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a romantic couple massage at Senses Spa, followed by a romantic flower bath in a private pool, while you can watch the sun set into the Indian Ocean.

You won’t have to leave the resort at all today, as there is a restaurant with Asian and Western dishes on-site too (not included). If desired, we can arrange transport to Uluwatu town too (not included).

You can choose an activity in the morning: either a private beginner surf lesson, or a visit to 121-meter tall Garuda Wisnu Kencana Statue towering over South Bali, with tickets to the top of the statue included (amazing views!).

You’ll have a few more hours to enjoy the facilities in your hotel before your driver will pick you up around 3PM for your final sunset in Uluwatu.

Your driver will take you to Uluwatu Temple on the cliffs. This is where you will witness a spectacular traditional Balinese Kecak Fire Dance Performance while the sun sets in the distance. Watch out for the monkeys roaming around the Temple Complex!

Afterwards, the driver can either drop you at the hotel or in Uluwatu town for more varied restaurant options and nightlife (in that case its best to get a separate taxi back to your hotel).

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and free time before your driver picks you up for your airport transfer. If your flight is late, consider a final visit to a beach club or local market. Depart with memories of a truly unforgettable honeymoon in paradise.
