Daily Itinerary
DAY 1
Home City / Vancouver – Yellowknife (Villa Cabin + Glass-Dome Tent Stay)
→ Today, take a flight to Yellowknife, the Aurora Capital of Canada. Upon arrival, meet your guide at the airport and transfer by private vehicle to your hotel.
→ Visit Nature’s North Wildlife Gallery
From polar bears diving for fish to beavers building their lodges, every animal is brought to life with incredible craftsmanship. Nature’s North offers a fresh and immersive way to experience northern wildlife, with detailed displays that reveal the beauty and wonder of each species up close.
→ At around 10:00 PM, gather in the hotel lobby and head out to the Aurora Tent Experience Park.
Enjoy snacks, hot coffee, and tea inside cozy villa-style cabins or glass-domed tents, equipped with movies, TV, modern restrooms, and free Wi-Fi.
A professional team will be there to help capture stunning photos of you under the magical Northern Lights — a night to remember.

DAY 2
Yellowknife – Ice Fishing (with Lunch) – Traditional Dog Sledding – Aurora Hunting Adventure

→ This morning, head to the frozen Great Slave Lake and experience traditional Indigenous ice fishing, using ancient methods to set nets beneath the ice — a hands-on lesson in northern survival and culture.
→ At noon, enjoy a fresh fish lunch (included), prepared from the day’s catch.
→ After lunch, embark on a traditional dog sledding adventure, racing across the vast frozen lake and spending time interacting with the friendly sled dogs — a highlight of Arctic life.
→ In the evening, join the "Aurora Happiness" van tour, where your guide will take you far from the city lights to chase the Northern Lights.
You'll visit hidden spots, travel along the Ice Road, and pass by the Snow Castle to capture breathtaking photos of the aurora in motion.

DAY 3
Yellowknife – City Tour – Aurora Experience at Lakeside Villa
→ Today, hop on a snowmobile and feel the thrill of speeding through snowy trails — an unforgettable Arctic adventure!
→ In the afternoon, enjoy a 2.5-hour city tour of Yellowknife, including stops at the Bush Pilot Monument for panoramic views, the Canada Goose store, the Visitor Centre to receive your official Yellowknife certificate, and a visit to the Indigenous Cultural Museum.
→ For dinner, you're free to explore local cuisine — we recommend the famous Bullocks Bistro, where you can try fresh Arctic cod (at your own expense).
→ Later in the evening, visit Aurora VillageCanada’s largest Northern Lights resort, beautifully set along the shores of Great Slave Lake.
The village features 21 traditional teepees, offering warmth and shelter while you wait for the breathtaking aurora to appear.
In addition to aurora viewing, the village offers a variety of winter activities, such as dog sled rides and snowshoeing through forest trails — truly must-try experiences during your Arctic stay!

DAY 4
Aurora Village – Home City / Vancouver

→ After a restful night, enjoy your final moments in Yellowknife. You may coordinate with your guide for optional activities — we recommend visiting the Diamond Center, as Yellowknife is the largest diamond-producing region in North America.
→ Then, take a private transfer to Yellowknife Airport for your return flight home, bringing your unforgettable Northern Lights journey to a close.

  • In case of flight delays caused by weather or mechanical issues, we may not be able to guarantee participation in all scheduled activities, but we will do our best to make alternative arrangements.
  • Auroras are a natural phenomenon, and sightings cannot be 100% guaranteed.
  • Vancouver’s weather can be unpredictable. Please bring rain gear, gloves, hats, and extra warm clothing appropriate for the season.
